Purpose
Execute the order book conversion and manage the customers’ orders to achieve sales targets.
Role and Responsibilities
- Load orders in the system.
- Coordinate deliveries for the customers aligned with their logistics teams.
- Lead the order management process and enter accurately customer orders in the system.
- Process and send order confirmations.
- Monitor order book and adjust accordingly to latest information.
- Generate & compile inventory data to always ensure healthy stocks level; Monitor article drops, shipment tracking and ensure all Pre-order have been picked up.
- Support customers with request and provide solutions to their issues or complaints.
- Coordinate and ensure the system is up to date.
- Effective communicate cross-functional between internal interfaces and also external parties based on latest information of the order book.
- Generate reports to other areas to follow up on business KPI´s.
- Proactively provide process improvements and creative ways to address risk or issues.
Requisitos
- Feel comfortable working in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of seasonality and product rotation
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken), additional languages are beneficial. Communication is key in this role.
- Global mind-set and international background.
- A high level of analytical thinking, eye for detail and ability to manage expectations in difficult situations.
- Experience in working in ecommerce in fashion/retail industry is a big plus.
- Experience in working with Senior Leadership Team (Business Relationship Management)
- Advance Data Management ability and excel expertise.
